Long suffering Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip canceled

It is official. The Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip has been canceled after being given numerous chances by NBC to shine, something which it always failed to do. So for those three fans that are still out there, Studio 60 will not be back in the fall.

Shame on NBC - to say they gave Studio 60 “numerous chances” is a laugh.

Studio 60 is the best show on TV!!!! I cannot believe that people do not like it, yet reality shows get high ratings.
There are a lot of people who like this show. It is funny, intelligent, and beautifully done. NBC did nothing to promote this show. Why should they?? They can broadcast a cheap reality show and get high ratings.

Studio 60 was fantastic. great cast, fast paced, interesting, entertaining.
I agree that NBC is ruining their network programming.

NBC is a joke if they’re prepared to cancel a show like “Studio 60…” there isn’t a show on TV that matches it’s intelligence (except maybe “Grey’s Anatomy”…that’s one hell of a smart show). Aaron Sorkin did a fantastic job with it and I dunno why it didn’t get the ratings it deserved.
